EDS Detector - Si(Li)
Liquid nitrogen cooled Si(Li) detectors are still the first choice for EDS (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometry). No other system achieves this sensitivity for light elements in combination with high efficiency, supreme resolution and low background over the complete spectrum.
