Iridium Ultra - QuickQuant

While acquiring your EDS spectrum, you can visually see the quantitative results “live” using the “QuickQuant View”. Quantitative results are displayed in the “Spectrum QuickQuant” panel, in the form of a bar chart along with the actual results to the right of the graph. As the acquire time increases, the statistical data becomes more accurate due to the counting statistics and the error being reduced.
