Iridium Ultra - RoboStage
One of the most powerful features of the Iridium Ultra software is RoboStage.
Imagine being able to define all areas of either a single sample stub, or multiple samples, at any magnification and collect all desired data into individual files or an EDS DataSet. The system will then automatically go out and collect the data for you. It even turns off the beam when it’s done. We are really excited to offer this powerful tool which follows it’s name...RoboStage!
Of course the RoboStage feature requires a motorized stage in your SEM.
